Evaluation board for MCP9804.

Easy to build breakout board for the Microchip Technology MCP9804 I2C digital temperature sensor.

Making the temperature.

For testing the Hackscribble MCP9804 library, we designed and built a small evaluation board. It comes in at 22mm x 12mm thanks to the use of surface mount components throughout.

The design includes I2C pullup resistors, an Alert output connection to provide an interrupt signal to the Arduino if required, as well as solder jumpers to select one of eight I2C addresses.

The schematic and PCB layout are in KiCad format and are available for download from this site.
